Shipping policy

Where we ship. We ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost. Standard shipping is $8 per order. Shipping is free on orders of $99 or more.

Processing and delivery times. Most gear ships directly from the maker's or distributor's warehouse, usually within 1 to 3 business days, and arrives 3 to 7 business days after it ships. Heavy items such as water tanks, food buckets and power stations can take a few extra days. Shirts and hats are printed to order: 2 to 5 business days to make, then 3 to 5 business days in transit.

More than one box. An order with items from more than one maker may arrive in separate boxes on different days. There is no extra charge for this.

Tracking. You get a tracking number by email for every box as soon as it ships.

Problems in transit. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, email hello@offswitchsupply.com with your order number and a photo if you have one. We will replace the item or refund it at no cost to you.
